gas mileage
I have a 2000 WS6. i was wondering what type of things i can do to increase the gas mileage. and would SLP loudmouth and an air lid help out with that. please give me any correct information you can.

you can change your driving style. Try starting out in 2'nd. not letting the rpm's climb much above 2k. keeping the rpm's down is basically all you can do.
also you dont have run through all the gears, try different patterns whatever is easiest to keep the rpm's down. ill go 2-4-6 sometimes
btw, I have a lid and loudmouth and they did not help gas mileage

Good tune up
Spark plugs
New O2 sensors
air filter (surprising how a dirty one can hurt fuel economy)
fuel filter
tire pressure (plays a good role in milage)
And as stated, keep the rpms low...Under 2K.I use 4th alot around town cruising at about 35mph or so and get pretty good milage...
Another odd thing I have noticed out of all the F-bodies (4th gens) I have had is,if you top off the tank, and drive a little "old ladyish" you can go for ages before the gas guage gets below the "F"...Once it gets below the "F" its all down hill from there!LOL!
Maybe try a 2nd car as a Daily driver if gas is really becoming an issue in your situation...good luck!
