Default Same M3 Same old problems

The trans was trashed and so was the rearend in my M3. It was fixed under warrenty. The problem has returned, and they told me all of the slack in the drivetrain is normal. However that is what lead to the problems to begin with. Now they are sending someone down from BMW of North America to drive my car. Im about to tell them to stick it up their *** and get a new ride. Has anyone else had problems with their M3?

The car has a total of 24000 miles on it and it is a 2003. Let me know if it applies I would love to drop it off at their shop and have it be their problem not mine.

Yes they do fix it most of the time, but the car has been in the shop so much it just makes me sick. I have never had a problem before. I had a 2001 540i V8 with the 6 speed and never had a problem and my little brothers 330i never had a problem. I think they just need to make this right or I will not buy another BMW. Which is very limiting because I will never own another Mercedes because it fell apart and had no resale. Jags suck. Looks like my options are running low.

Isnt that motor, specifically the rod bearings an issue with the M3s? The motor doesnt suprise me, trans and rear do. Wish I was in your place of having low options for high end cars. Blazer and the TA are my only options for a while
