depends on the dealer. Most are hard asses about moding anything.
If you are gonna do an intake manifold swap, they'll prolly cancel your warranty on the engine. If its just air lid type mod, they might bitch, but they have to prove it caused it.
In other words: Changing the manifold wont void your fuel pump warranty , ect.
