Car throwing codes!!

I recently threw (3) codes
1-P0401-EGR Malfunction
2-P0401-EGR Malfunction
3-P0410-Sencondary AIR injection System Malfunction.

I just recently put long tube headers on and "jerry rigged" The AIR system, and the EGR system. The EGR module is sitting zip tied to my fuel rail plugged in. I noticed My car isnt as loud as it was a couple weeks ago, and i havent driven it in like 2 weeks. the exhaust stinks(rich) and I get alot of Vapor coming out when i start the car. It doesnt seem like its driving very well. Does my 99 OBD have "limp" mode?

time for a "delete" lol i just had pcmforless set everything in mine to default pass when i did the 6 speed conversion.... none of that crap will be there but it will stay say pass if plugged in
