Some of you may be familiar with my experience at B&B body shop in Austin.........If not, I had my car put in the shop after a hit and run. Took it to B&B well a week later I get a call my car had been Vandalized but they would take care of my deductible to help the matter. B&B of course wasn’t liable (Even though it was probably one of their employees) I figured they’d say they weren’t so I just filled a Vandalism claim on my insurance to get it taken care of. Almost a month
later I receive my car. My B&B specialist regretted to inform me that they messed up on the stripes!!!!! They were all kinds of off but she said they would order new ones and get my car in to have the new ones put on the next week......a week later I call (They never call me I always have to call them!) to ask if they had the stripes in (They didn’t) and to ask about my headlights (Foggy and Different), my a/c (no cooling going on) and a chip in the paint. I took the car up there to show them and they said it would all be taken care of. 
Still two week later I have yet to have anything fixed! I called today to ask if they got the lights, sure enough they just got them in and I’m sure they were about to call me just like all the other times. Well here I sit awaiting a call to see when I can get this stuff taken care of (said they’d call back this afternoon). Wont get my hopes up!!!! Oh and remember the deductible thing? Well they paid the $100 vandalism claim but said I would have to pay the 250 original claim even though they said they would pay it. When they said they would pay the deductible they didn’t know I would have one with the vandalism claim or if i was even going to go that route. I told them this and they said they would refund my money........2 almost 3 weeks ago........................!!!!!! Sorry if its hard to understand all that but I’m furious right now.....

sounds like they messed ur car up so they could do more work on it, body shops LOVE it when insurance companies are involved, sorry to hear about ur car bro, hope it all gets worked out.
