Mustang Rice?

Mustang Rice? I took these pics with my phone a few weekends ago in downtown Fort Worth (yeah, sorry for the shitty quality).
note this is a SN95 body style mustang (see photo 1), and note that it has a 5.0 Mustang sticker on the side window (see photo 2).
now i'm pretty sure the the first year or two of this body style still had the 5.0 before switching to the 4.6, so can any of the mustang guys out there verify this, and is thre any way to verify the approximate year of the car from the shitty pictures?

mustangs practically beg to be riced. Just look at an import mag, there are mustang body kits all over the place.
