his "hero" status does need to be reviewed, i don't see him in any spectacular sword fight roles or flying over water or anything. if he is a hero, it is minimal at best.

He saved countless brain cells from being destroyed. The original poster of that thread came in with guns blazing, then didn't want to hear the advice he was given. It quickly deteriorated into a "the customer is always right" vs. "a business has to make money" thread, then it just wouldn't die.
