Part time job
Navy Reserve is hiring (for those that qualify)
You will have to go to basic training for 8 weeks, then go to a tech-school that is specialized in either Medic, Law enforcement, or Engineering. Tech-school can last up to 6 months. After you graduate the school, you come back to Houston and become a part of the Navy Reserve (part-time).
You work 1 weekend out of the month and 2 weeks in a year. Keep your full-time job and stay here in Houston. If you like the Navy, you can always convert to active duty.
benefits include;
monthly income
work experience
travel
government job
medical/dental
networking
college money
VA home lone
Also one more thing, there is a $20,000 signing bonus which you get in a lump sum after you graduate that tech-school.
If you are interested, pm me. I will answer any questions you have.

I'm a Marine reservist and if your looking for some quick cash on the weekends its not a bad gig. Then again I have been activated 2twice but both were good tours. I think the navy if anyone is interested might actually like it.
To each their own.

Um no... The reserves normally sit on the side lines. We are there to supplement the active duty units.

He might be recruiting, but if someone needs the money or whatever, I don't see the big deal. If you don't agree with it, then don't respond right? He isn't asking for your opions on the subject.
I don't want to or mean to start an argument.
