Rear Wheel stud removal????

How hard is it to remove and replace the wheel studs on the back. Any help on how exactly you do the replacement would be great thanks.

The best way is to pull the axles and take to someone with a press. If you can't do that then knock out with a hammer and pull them back in with a lug nut. You need to take the ebrake drum off for access. If you are going to long studs the axles have to come out anyway.

if you pull it thru, take your time. go get some washers and a coulpe EXTRA lugnuts, pull it thru slowly. youll generate a lot of heat pulling it thru, so you may wanna be careful, as ive broken studs (or actually just bent) pulling them thru. do NOT use an impact.

and make sure whatever lugnuts you pull the stud thru with immediately go in the trash afterwards.
