Default Need an attorney for Harris County !!!

I need an attorney for a ticket I was given in May of '05 (68 in a 45) I have had it rescheduled to the point of no more rescheduling so now I have to get this taken care of. Any suggestions or references ? And how ironic is it my court date is 06-06-06 the devil may be waiting for me there

Only if I cannot get it dismissed, I have a CDL and my options are to have a trial or pay the ticket. Oh I remember the good ol' days of deferred adjudication

Hell no man I had that thing postponed as many times as possible! Oh yes Boner's Cobra was fun the sad part is that is the only time I ever got on it in his car. Unlike the John Force style burnout Fat Chris did in it, and me and Chase running down that tool in the C5 (Chase driving). Oh and let's not forget when me and you came up here and got our asses smoked by that Supra from a 60 mph roll( Scooter driving).

THANKS BONER a.k.a. "Turbo" Rob Valden

It is Judge William V. Yeoman of Precint 5, Place 2. The ticket ink is worn off because of the age and living in my wallet plus they use the print out and no hand writing.

I just went to his court about 2 weeks ago with sprecher defending me. Yeoman is a pretty laid back guy. Be sure to get there early and one of the first to walk into the court room or else you will be standing out in the hallway.

I am not trying to protect the CDL, but I am going to fight it. It is not the last minute my court date isn't until June 6th, and it is not like I will lose my job I don't even drive anymore.

FYI- I don't need sympathy I just needed an attorney in Houston !!!

THANKS BONER

When I was talking to Rob about possibly buying the cobra he never mentioned any of that. I suspected it had been run hard (duh), but not by everyone and their mother.

That car had an easier life than his Cavalier has had for sure. Only because Boner drove the **** out of the Cav.

I went there with sprecher as well. I got out of a speeding ticket and a no front plate ticket (with no proof lol) but had to pay 150 for a disturbing the peace ticket.

You have to show up in court, lawyer can't go alone for you. The court is very laid back, but like was already mentioned - get there early. You won't do any talking at all usually.
