I was about to take this turn I always take cuz its a nice long sloam type turn and its really dark (no street lights) As I'm exiting the freeway I try to switch on the hi beams. They don't come on. The stalk doesn't even make a clicking noise.

Any ideas? Its to dark to check fuses at my apartment right now, but since the stalk isn't clicking I think its something mechanical. Do you guys think I'm going to have to take to dealer or can I buy a new stalk at a decent price?

 

raise your steering wheel one notch and see if that works. I used to have that problem, and that is what fixed it. Maybe it was misaligned or something, but it fixed it.
