web designers...in here after creating a site in dreamweaver...how do i put it all on the site i bought??? i bought it from godaddy.com! would i have to go through them??? the site currently says its "parked"...but i want to put something on there...can anyone help me or is this kinda a brod question...new to the web game any help would be greatly appreciated
Are you hosting your website with them, or with another provider? Have you chosen a place to host yet? Buying the domain through godaddy is only the first step, you have to choose someone to host it as well (extra cost, per month/year).
Once you choose hosting, you would set up the FTP host/login/pass in Dreamweaver and publish.

you need a FTP Dreamweaver has a FTP program(file transfer protocol)....this is used to upload the files to your purchased site. Godaddy should have given you all the FTP settings you need to upload your site. Take those settings and enter them into your FTP settings and hit upload. Sometimes you might have a few issues with it, but thats how you do it.
is this a site for personal stuff, or business? if its just a personal site, your ISP should have given you a decent amount of space for free (charter gives 20megs). to get DNS service, you can use a free service like mydomain.com.
