Yeah im thinking about running a small shot but but mines is gonna be a dual stage 1 100 for launch and 150 after first....LOL (small shot)

You would be amazed, my dads that age, matter of staying active your entire life, regular excercise and just activity. I have friends whos grand parents compete in marathons with people a 1/4 of their age and still lift weights reguarly, probably as muc or more as some of us.

Ohhh and that time i think on the first time i ran something like that, i would **** and **** on my self while throwing up, farting, sneezing and coughing
