Red Z28 with LP "OWNED U"

Red Z28 with LP "OWNED U" has anyone seen this car before or know who owned/owns it. I happened to go back home last weekend to my little town of columbus, tx. (between houston and san antonio on I-10). Well during a run to the grocery store i see a red z28 ....i think it was a LT1 but not for sure (didn't get a good look) and it had OWNED U on the license plate. Now columbus is one of those towns where everyone knows everyone and if someone has a car like that everyone knows about it. My parents told me they have seen it a few times in the past few weeks. I'm gonna head home this weekend and see if i can catch him in my camaro......maybe i can get him to race

basically i was just wondering if anyone knew who used to own this car or still does.
