ok i hear diffrent things from people does a cut-out help? some people say only on the big end and some say to have it close when you take off then open it as you go down the track, what do yall think? oh and its an 1/8 mile track

it all depends on your setup. if you're like me and you have an open cutout with a flowmaster, then it does help because flowmasters suck @$$.
