Default Rear brake question

On my '94 Vette the slide pins on the driver's rear caliper were bent and it was only grabbing the outer edge of the rotor. I replaced them and the caliper seemed to be working fine and the car stops well, however the rear brakes do not work very well as I yanked the parking brake while going about 25 and the car came to a gradual and slow stop.

Any suggestions on what to check ? The brakes work great and the ABS will come on with hard braking, but obviously the rear brakes aren't doing much. Would bleeding them again make any difference with the rear caliper working like it should now ?

Thanks,
Ernest
