AAA = worthless
i guess its hit or miss with them. i've had 2 experiences with them. 1 hit and 1 miss.
1st: had a blow out about 30 miles north of victoria. AAA wrecker showed up in 15 minutes.
2nd: had to have an awd eclipse towed to my house, took AAA wrecker 3.5 hrs to show up.
its still a good insurance to have.

So he calls the cops and all that, calls AAA a little before 12AM for a tow home since it now wont start, key wont turn forward, wont let you take it out of park or any thing, I roll up there to give his girl friend a ride home, well long story short, they dont show till 3:45am. WTF, they gave him some lame *** excuse that they need some thing and only one tow truck in Houston has it, bull ****.

it doesnt matter which insurance company you got, if you need a tow truck, its gonna take'em a freakin long time...period!!! so expect to wait at least 3 hrs for all your tow truck needs

Yeah, he called back a ton of times and got the same lame excuse. My TA broke in that area once and it took me about 2.5 hours to get a wrecker to me. Another time when I needed a tow from my house to MTI it took them like 15 minutes to get there.
