bingo. That and you also have a cheatr heads/cam package on the list. Im not saying you cant run heads and cam with a charger. Im just saying you want to run a set that would optimize your sc. Raising the compression with milled heads and running a cam designed for na wouldnt be the best thing for you if you want to go FI. just my .2

I agree....If your going to run heads, get something that will drop your CR, that way you can run more boost....Get some 6.0L heads, and a nice small cam that is blower friendly....
Alot of your stuff that you have on your list you wont need cause they kinda cancel each other out....
Also if you getting a PACKAGE deal and still have to buy pushrods then that isnt much of a deal.....I believe TSP has them in any Cam Package and Heads and Cam package included.....
Ya need to do some more research man....you can find someof the same for less...just have to look......

I think you first need to define your goals, what you want out of the car, what you want the car to be. Want a quick street car or a drag beast? If its a street car, there's 3 dozen different ways to get there.

Then you need to get in touch with a shop and talk to them about your goals. A good shop will listen, take everything you've said into account, and suggest the best route for you to go - whether thats just initially full bolt ons, or jumping into a motor build and FI at the same time(which would be fawking expensive).

In any event, you need someone with knowledge that you are comfortable working with, so they can guide you in your endeavours.

Shops/individuals I trust include SimpleQuick Racing, Texas Speed and Performance, Eric Koenig @ HPE, at least in Texas. Those are folks I have experience with and would trust with my car. That and Louis @ LGM, but he's not around much.
