but if he hit the curb, wouldn't there be some residual body damage ? I don't see any..

damn that was messed up looking. He was probabbly close to a curb and snezzed. made him lose controll like that.

that is rust.....and the people at the body shop have no idea what happened...it's still waiting on an estimate to fix.

if you drive your car every day or every other day they won't look like that, the pads clean off all the surface BS. but if it sits three or four days they will start and with as much rain as we have had that will speed up the rust. First time the brakes are applied it will come off.

thats kinda of amazing, that much wheel damage and looks like no scratches on the car. wonder what the undercarrage looks like

Thats the second Z06 wheel I have seen like that. Another one was at Texas World Speedway and sheered the rim off. I dont think there was any impact either. They must of got a dealership discount

Damn!

I vaguely remember hearing of a multiple number of Z06 wheels (don't remember exactly what year) snapping like that. I'm sure they weren't just driving down the road like they all say but it wasn't from hitting a curb like this car.
