need help....smoke from exhaust i posted this in a diff. forum but i havent gotten alot of input after i uploaded a vid.

Could be lots of things from being vapor, to having bad valve seals. My car use to do that untill i slapped on a pair of LS6 heads.....BAD Valve seals. What happens when u have bad valve seals oil will drip on top of ur piston head and burn offor ignite once the car is started hince the white smoke(oil). Let me ask you this when you change your spark plugs is there oil on the threads of the plug? If there is its the valve seals. Just get some heads i got mine for 500 shipped, and A buddy of mine has got THREE pairs of LS1 heads that he could sell ya!

it doesnt do it all the time..for example it did it earlier this morning , but i just went back and took it around the block, left it on for 12-15 minutes and no sign. I hvae noticed on times when i turn it off , if i get back there soon enough you can see just a little bit. i havent changed the plugs,but ill take one out and look at it once the car cools down.
