Yes, the deer gives it a nice touch. The space is what I was really after as I did not want to be backed up to someone or to the side of someone. My first home was in a area that homes were built 10-12 feet apart. You could almost jump roof to roof. The home behind was a 2 story and could see everything in my backyard. That was the pits!!!! So this was my answer.

nice area of town there, we ride our motorcycles around there and go to the lake. Do you know if they allow shops built on the property? Either that, or maybe an 8-car garage
