on the new Ultimate Fighter 4 reality show.. they let that guy "bam bam" fight with blood pouring out of head head like a faucet.. paused the fight to mop it up and restarted. thats one time when i would of stopped the fight if there is an actual pool of blood.

The cut was not very bad. it did not pour out while he was standing still, and it did not affect his vision. Also, the Babalu/Chuck fight was not ended too soon IMO, because he did not defend himself on the ground and got hit by 2 huge shots, first one stunned him and as soon as he opened his eyes, the other one busted his nose. It could have been much more dangerous if Chuck would have kept going.

yeah i remember that "bam bam" fight that was crazy he was bleeding everywhere...lol
If you were getting your *** beat by Liddell you'd be prayin for the ref to jump in and stop it. Hell for anyone that watched it Sat night.... Babalu tried to wrestle the ref after they stopped it...he was so out of it. I think they have to really be on the lookout from a safety standpoint otherwise the UFC would be no more!

1) Sobral was done...he was so dazed he tried to kneebar Big John after he stopped the fight. Babalu is my fav fighter and I whole heartedly agree with the stoppage.
2) The Forrest/Stephan fight was a good stand up fight. Not boring at all in my eyes.
3) "Bam Bam" i.e. Edwin Dewee's (sp?) cut was not hindering his site and he could continue fighting. If it had be directly above his brow etc it would have been stopped but he was dominating the first round and the beginning of the 2nd round until that cut by the elbow (which I think should be outlawed like pride, it leads to cuts that aren't as damaging as they look and sometimes the better fighter doesn't win i.e. Joe Stephenson/Yves fight awhile back). It is crappy to see a good fighter loose because an elbow grazes him and opens up a cut.

There are some good matches coming up...hughes and bj ... of course ortiz and shamrock 3....then liddell and silva...i really don't care who fights I just like watching them all. UFC and Pride fights are so unpredictable and exciting. I hate watching regular boxing these days. Seems so boring! LOL
