Compare that to what a stock M5 runs. Not trying to defend the M5, but it is a very quick car for what it is.

Just so you know, 0-60 in 3.5 is Ferrari Enzo territory, so that's pretty impressive for a VR4. Is it AWD?
Not knocking you, but just because you don't like BMWs or their drivers doesn't mean they aren't fast. The new M6 is is also quick.
