Second, rivals are just rivals and thats what they do. They ALWAYS root for the team playing their rival. Example: I guarantee you that 99.9% of the Oklahoma State fans are going to root for Texas And the remaining .1% don't care.

I'm not sure what to say about this, except wow

Damn dude i dont know if you should be allowed to talk about football anymore you are wrong about everything you say!

Texas is gonna beat OU, 28-21, yall will only score 21 b/c of Peterson...

if you really want OU to win maybe you should cheer for Texas cause from what i have seen so far every team you go for loses...

Refer to this thread:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...7&page=9&pp=20

and start with post #171. I accurately predicted that tOSU would beat UT in Austin. I even won a 12 pack from mmiller.

What do you mean "every game"? The only game I was wrong on was the TTU vs A&M game. And I was almost right!! A&M was beating TTU until the last minute or so. And that game could have gone either way IMO. Not that I even care.....

It really should be a good game this year. If we can shut down UTs running game (which we have not been good at this year) we might just have it.

Obviously, UT is going to have to shut down Adrian Peterson which won't be an easy task for them. Not sure how y'alls qb is going to handle the pressure of an RRS game (but I'm counting on him cracking like egg )..

either way you look at it....OU should have beaten oregon, and not even been in the situation they were in to lose the way they did...they only can bitch at themselves....

texas, needs to play harder competition, because play OSU and OU doesnt cut it....

I agree that OU should have beaten Oregon. And in reality, they did. I watched that game from start to finish and it was clear that the refs were helping Oregon out every step of the way. OU dominated that game, and refs nit-picked OUs offense all day long. We scored anyway despite the refs, but it took alot of time off the clock. And the horrible calls got more and more blatant towards the end.

Had that game been played anywhere else besides Oregon the score would have been more like 33-20. But not to take away form Oregon, they are alot better than most people think. This team is the best Oregon team I've ever seen. And for the sake of OUs SOS, I hope they win out. I don't think they will, but hope they do. And I wish every PAC10 ref that was involved in that game daily constipation for the next 10 years.

just my thing is...yea...i watched the game to...i agree there were alot of shitty calls....but OU has to come out just run over oregon...not have themselves in that postion....its like a team blaming a kicker for losing a game....hell, if the offense scored more or the defense didnt let up so much....theyd never be in that postion in the first place

Well, I'm not exactly disagreeing with you, but by all rights OU still should have come up with a W. If it were someone like Kansas or Baylor I would have completely agreed with you. But this was Oregon and they are a very good team this year. Right now they are ranked #11 and rightfully so. Plus, we were playing on THEIR turf with THEIR refs which puts us at a HUGE disdvantage.

Let me ask you this: if you stopped at a convenience store and as you were walking up to the door and someone robbed you at gunpoint, how would you feel? And when you called the police and they came and told you to quit whining about it and then told you that you shouldn't have put yourself in that situation to begin with, how would you feel?

Its the same thing. OU was robbed plain and simple. And then to add insult to injury, we were told to quit whining about it. Fair? I think not.

It doesn't matter now because obviously the score is not going to change.
It also doesn't matter because if we win out, we will win the big 12 championship, get a BCS bid, and Adrian will still have a shot at the Heisman. All and all not a bad year.

And I can tell you one thing for sure: PAYBACKS are a bitch, and what goes around comes around and that law of nature will NEVER change..

exactly!!! i dont think that 408WS6 understands how football is played, you can't blame the entire game on one call, yeah you can call bullshit on a call, we all have at some point in our life, but you CANNOT blame an entire game on that ****!
