Headliner is falling down

Camaros are notorious for this. My 94 is this way. On my IROCs, I pulled the headliner out and pulled off the fabric so I could get to where it was seperated. I then sprayed it with 3M Spray adhesive and put it all back together. I held until my car was stolen. I was planning on doing the same to my 94.

When it happened to my TA I replaced the entire thing, ordered a complete head liner from GM, wasnt cheap. How ever, you can go to a reputable upholstry shop and a hard top should only be about 100$ to have recovered. T-tops would be a good bit cheaper, this problem has happened on every single GM car we have owned, happens on a lot of cars actually, glue wears over time, no biggy.

A buddy of mine has a shop in over here in Liberty he said that he gets about 125, so 80 sounds like a bargin. If you decide to do it yourself, be careful, generally it is not the glue (contact cement) that fails, it is the foam backing and if the backing is gone and you spray contact cement on the head liner it is going to bleed through and look like ****.

yeah mine was all kind of like eaten up from water damage i guess from a previous t top leakage and then started drooping so said screw it and just pulled the thing off and i actually had to cut it in half to take it off becuase of my cage setup...if i get another one im going to have to have a custom one made
