this is about as good as the thread that was started when the car was done and garrett was asked what all had been done, he posted up the wrong specs about his car, someone that had nothing to do with the build corrects him on the specs on his own build. lmao. do you really think someone that doesnt know what has been done to his own car really gives a **** about ET's? he probably things refering to the movie. this is a total case of small stick syndrome, he got beat on the street and swore it would never happen again and built something with twice the power. end of story.

Here is a Link to the car when it was finished: LINK
Please copy and paste where he posted the "wrong" specs about his car and where someone corrected him.
He has worked with MTI and Rick Squires for months on building this car up. I am confident that he knows what is in the car and what is not in the car.
Its funny how when you have a caliber of a car like Garett's that you get a ton of people coming out of the wood works to call him out.
For all of those who are calling him out for quarter mile racing?
Why doesn't someone call him out at TWS? Or call him out at an autocross event?
He has spent the majority of his time running on the street and on different road courses. He is not big into the quarter mile racing, everyone has something different to bring to the table.
Coming from a girl I rather be with a guy that can last a few mins, than a guy that can last "10 sec".

Funny read, but at the end of the day people build car's for themselves, not to meet other people's expectations of what the car should or shouldn't be.
Bottom line? It doesn't matter why you build something - if you enjoy it and have fun with it - then it's worth it. The rest of this is just meaningless internet BS that's fun to read, but makes about as much sense as going to a family reunion to pick up women.
