did mine in 61 seconds, no spillage, but i did throw up. i too have the pitcher on my shelf

spillage=weakness. a friend finally got his and he spilled nearly a quarter of it down his shirt and i have it on video. hes not ever gonna live that one down. pansy.

cuz the ring is literally recognized all over the world. some guy recognized my uncles ring while he was on vacation in cancun. that started a 30 min convo. so whats the tradition behind the dunking i need to do it to my uncles ring to properly break it in

when aggies get their rings, its a tradition to dunk it in a pitcher of beer. meaning you drop your ring in and chug the pitcher as fast as you can without spilling while someone is the "official timekeeper".

then you catch your ring in your teeth and show it for the camera.

then you turn around and throw up.

usually done with other friends that got their ring that semester too.

just another excuse to get drunk IMO

i c. well i should probably do it to my uncles ring.... his was stolen then he got another one had a diamond put in it and then he past away last year i dont ever think he did it

Congrats to everyone that got their rings (whether UT or A&M). I got my aggie ring earlier this semester and it is supprising no matter where you go how many people recognize what it is and what it stands for.
