Off-roading in B/CS?
Off-roading in B/CS? I finally got my truck back together and put on some 35" mud terrains, so I'm wanting to do a little off-roading this weekend if possible. Most of the good stuff in my area of Houston has been replaced with houses, and I'll be up in College Station for the weekend, so I figured there might be some good stuff up there. Any ideas?

My buddy in the A&M club said there isn't much, but I do know we have an off-road ranch that some guy put together, looks like they're closed this weekend but you might call and see if anybody is gonna be out there. Call Steve at 979-846-1592 between 7pm and 9pm.
TexZ, thanks for checking for me, I definately appreciate it. Unfortunately it looks like I'll be working the weekend even while I'm up there (gotta' love the portability of laptop computers and the last minute deadlines here in the engineering world 
). Now when you say your buddy is in a club up there, does that mean an offroad club? I've decided to go back to school full-time and I'll be moving up to A&M for the spring semester, and I wouldn't mind maybe finding a group to go wheelin' with

Yeah, he's in the A&M offroad club. He's got a 68 bronco with a pretty good size lift, 37s I think, and on God knows how many other things done. Anyways a lot of the guys in it have stuff like his and they make some pretty good trips. I put their link below, also I can give you my buddies number when you get here in case you want to talk to someone about it.
