Dishnetwork users, need help.
Dishnetwork users, need help. I cant find the remote to my bedroom. Its a room that doesnt have a receiver, so it uses the UHF instead of infrared, or vice versa. Talked to dish three times now and have had the run around several times about what retailers would have one. So far, cingular, sears, radio shack, circuit city, best buy, walmart..............no one has one. Has anyone had to locate a #2 remote locally to the DFW area? I keep talking to a call center in kerplakistan or some ****, and can barely understand what those ******* are saying. I did talk to one domestic individual last and he said radio shack would have them for sure, of course no. No, a universal remote will not work for this application, tried that already. Help........................... Also, they said it would be 2-3 weeks before I could receive one from them if I went that route.

Wish I could help you...just wanted to agree that their service SUCKS !!!!
I've had my reciever go out on me twice in the past 9 months and they told me that I would have to pay for a new one.....Um...NO !
