From what I read of it, it's about Artificial Intelligence and how it's impossible for AI to exceed us.

He's basically saying that computers will never surpass human intelligence. In my words, he's saying human intelligence will always be on a completely different plane than artificial intelligence due to numerous reasons, such as our body, how we are not confined to strictly adhering to formal rules, etc.
