Am i being scammed? I am looking into buying a 2003 R1. the add originally said it was for sale in louisianna, and when i send him an email about the bike, he said he has sinced moved to london after being married. there was a phone # on the add, but it was a La #.
when i asked him how we would have to handle payments this is the response he gave me
"Hello ,
The estimated time of delivery is 8 days. If you can come here in UK (London) i will give the bike in personal if you can`t the deal will be made in this matter: first of all I will send you the bike and I will give you all the necessary data for you to verify that the bike was sent. After you have verify the information I need to be sure that you agree to close the deal so you have to send me the money through Western Union (money transfer) not money order. You will send me first half of the money and after inspect the bike you`ll send me the rest of amount . Before I send the bike i need a confimation as you are sure to agree for us to close the deal and that you have the money. I want you to be serious about this because I am spending money with this shipping because i can't afford loosing this money and I will feel obligated to contact the authorities. I want the money to be send in 24h after the shipping will be made.

So is this a scam or is it legit?
