longtube headers. is the car an auto or manual? if its a manual, get an aftermarket shifter.

dynotune got me 30hp after my header install, but you might want to wait till you get done with all the basic boltons that affect fuel/air before you pay for a tune.

Also heads and cam, but not before you get that cutout I told you about.. Screw catbacks they are expensive and don't have the gains of a cutout.
