My friend has one in his '72 Mustang. He also has a PA system with a microphone that you can talk through or make all kinds of sound effects (animals etc.). We used to have a ******* BLAST with it in highschool. 
screw that... I used to have a nissan sentra with an actual train horn on it from those huge trains.... they have them on ebay for like 300.00 but very worth it.... people that cut you off would get so scared if I was behind them and blew it at them :}
