Anyone here play Starcraft? I just started playing this PC game 2 months ago and I can't stop. Everytime I get home I have to go load it up, this is turning me into a game geek. Does anybody else have this problem? If not, I don't recommend you go by this game "Starcraft." Although it is very cheap, only $9.99

Not proud of it at all, but I used to play a game called counterstrike "professionally", for lack of a better term. I played online with a local team where we traveled to tournaments around texas and placed rather well for the good part of 4 or 5 years. It really did take up an incredibly large chunk of my time and alienated a lot of friends because of it. I digress, though. Starcraft is still HUGE in Japan/China to the point where they have tv channels showing matches. It's ridiculous.

When starcraft first came out there was a mod of the game online called Starship Troopers that was sooo fun 
You and like 5 other people had to control a base in the corner of the map and defend against a seemingly infinite swarm of bugs for about 30 minutes. It was insane! Games today just aren't the same
