No but they can if they want i have a ORY just haven't put it on yet .The whole thing with the cats was on the news but still 30.$ for a cat not bad

why the **** would ne one buy a cat? i completely understand dogs, b/c you can get small dogs, large dogs, pits, shitzus, whatever, but a fucken cat is a fucken cat
