Paint Question..

Paint Question.. Ok some *** bumped into my SS last week in a parking lot and scuffed up my rear bumper and busted my tailight. I replaced the light and then when I cleaned the car (clay bar, Intensive Polish, Final Polish, Wax) I realized the scuffs would not come out and the paint had started cracking. This **** pisses me off so much but I figured if I am gonna pay for some paint might as well fix all the little defects at once. So I have 2 questions, who does good work in Houston but doesnt rape you on price. And how much should I look to pay for my rear bumper and front right fender? Ive never had to paint a car and have no clue on what good prices are.

**** pisses me off, the car was dirty so I didnt see all the damage, I thought I was gonna get away with a tailight and some good PC work. But NOOOOOO ***** scuffed and scratched beyond what I can fix myself. I guess Im so used to being able to fix the small **** myself it just pisses me off Ima have to paint it.
