How does the LS1 lid work????
How does the LS1 lid work???? I dont understand how in the world that lid works! It's ina freakin' box. Does it rely on vaccum or something, or am i not seeing the duct that maybe feeding it.

In stock form, the air flows in from under the front edge of the lower airbox, under the filter, and up into the lid. Lots of people cut the bottoms of the lower airbox out (free ram air mod: FRA), then it draws from in front of the A/C condenser and the stock front opening.
SS hoods are actually functional, there's ducts built into the hood that circle around back to the front by the hood latch.
