I'm sure Durant will show some "sportsmanship" when he's playing in the NBA next year, I can see him getting a bus ticket and some game tickets for Acie Law the 4th!

First of all, you have to get your spelling right to make negative comments about another team. It's "Aggie", not "Aggy". Second, I'm only about 99% sure that A&M made it to the Sweet 16. Unfortunately, that other school in Austin has to sit their candy asses in class on Friday instead of playing for a closer shot at the title. And before we start running our mouths again, that would be the NATIONAL title. That's where more than 100 teams compete. Not 12. Sorry to be an ***, but maybe next time you'll wait till the season's over to say anything. And even if A&M does lose, they can consider themselves among the best in the nation. One last thing...was that t.u. v USC game even close? I didn't catch it. You know, with all the celebrating I was doing.

Good luck in the tourney, maybe you'll make it to the sweet sixteen for the third time in your entire schools existence!

And maybe t.u. will get knocked out in the 2'nd round. Damn you're good. And I thought Ms. Cleo was the ****.

Look at n00b Aggy chiming in for the 1st time after they win. Where have you been all season?

Congrats to Aggy, they nutted up when UT didn't. Now don't suck.

Aggy comes out of the woodwork to talk ****, never seen that before! He's probably not even enrolled at the school either, lol.

Oh, and taking spelling and grammar lessons from an Aggy is like taking swimming lessons from an amputee.

I just saw something worth replying to. Looks like t.u. got "one-upped" in football AND basketball by A&M this year. Unfortunately, those are the only two sports that really matter. Maybe next year, Bevo. Just make sure your wonder boy Colt keeps his eyes open next time after he throws his interceptions. I'd hate to see him get de-railed again like he did. That's what happens when you play against a real defense. And before you start your bitching, that was a perfectly legal shot. The whistle blew AFTER the hit.

Is it too early for Chris Simms comparisons? The only question is...who's gonna try and bail out Colt?

1 more thing...the NCAA rulebook for football CLEARLY states that EVERY player (yes, even if you're a QB) MUST have his helmet on and chinstrap buckled at all times while on the field. The penalty is a 15 yard personal foul. Can anybody say..."Offsetting penalties"?

Actually that statement was true when posted.....even with hindsight. Too bad the Longhorns couldn't keep it up.....Not bitter here, that's what happens when you have a team composed of freshman. I'll now root for the Aggies to bring it home, even though there are a plethora of Aggies in this thread bitter from years of Longhorn humiliating victories, national championships, and Big 12 titles.....who can make it hard to do so.

I think it's safe to say that no Aggie will ever boast of the glory of years past when it comes to basketball. It's pretty amazing what Gillespie's done with the program though. Thank God Tech isn't still in the tourney. I think seeing the Ags match up against the Tar Heels would be more promising than the Red Raiders.

Probably because A&M has no past. Enjoy Billy Clyde while you can, because if he's smart he'll be out of there this off-season.

How about this, take away 40% of Durants points every game and tell me how many wins the Longhorns would have. Whats gonna happen when his 30+ points are not there next year? Those freshman are average, and Durants is a freak, yet in the end you still couldnt beat USC? Face it Horns, instead of talking about how many you won with some freshman how about the ones you LOST with the "best player in college hoops". Well see how much you guys brag about those freshman next year when Durant is gone, it will be ALOT different.

I have an idea, they have standings for each Div 1 program OVERALL athletic program, this includes every mens and womans sport combined. Look them up and let me me know where you find Texas A&M, it might just suprise you. Just a hint, it is way ahead of UT.
