Well I was pulling into my parking space and the car died but wouldnt start back up, its a '89 lo3 camaro. When I pour gas in the tbi it runs until it burns it all off, I have a new fuel filter, could it be the pump, pump relay, ecm?

Does it have fuel pressure? TBI should be around 15 lbs. If it does see if the injectors are firing.
