Another Electric problem.
Another Electric problem. so ive got this problem in my hand and i dont know where to start. i know where/who to take it to but i would like to see if i can fix it.
the problem.
everytime i have my fog lights turned on. my rear lamp fuse breaks.

The lovely process of elimination.
Perhaps they are fused together, I'm not sure though.
I would trace down your fog light switch and wires,
since obviously the fuse blows ONLY when your fog lights are turned on.
The multi-meter is your friend.
Make sure and check the continuity of the wires first.
