I will be going to the track tomorrow ( Pinevalley Raceway)
to make some runs and we are taking my old Grand Prix GTP
for some tuning . Anybody up for some track time?
Gates open 10:00 a.m. and test-n-tune starts at 11:00 a.m.

1/8 mile was 7.51 @ 91

Mods are : stall, air lid, 3.73 gears, and a 100 shot

I have lot of family (yep I'm a redneck ) around the Lufkin, Huntington,Diboll area.

I still love the area. It's simple and simple is good in my book.

I tried to go there last night but never found the track. The sign said 4 miles down that road and I never saw it. How much is it to race and how much to spectate on a normal test and tune night?

UB2SLOW- I'll try to put something together for the end of April.

Brian2006- Just keep going its out there on the left and you can't
miss it. Spectators are $10 and Test-n-tune or trophy street is $20.

TexasTA- Maybe you can make plans to attend the next gathering
towards the end of April.

bassplayer103- I'll post next trip up with more time to plan. Keep
watching for more info.

TXCAMSS- If tour ever in the neighborhood let me know and we'll
get together for something.


I am looking at April 21st (saturday) for maybe our next get to gether.
Thinking about making it a track day and just hangout before it gets to
hot for outside gatherings. Anybody have any objections to that day.

if i dont have enough money for the cruise from all over TX to austin (going to go from DFW to austin myself) ill do the hang out and a track day, because ill have my suspension on by then and would like to see if the parts i have help out at all at the track

I'm going to the houston grand prix april 20th and then the HPD get together that saturday the 21st so I won't be able to make it. But the car is finally going to be done this coming weekend will be up on campus after easter break. It's about time I find some car buddies up here

doesnt matter to me, finances are looking pretty tight right now so ill prolly end up coming to this instead of a long cruise that right now it doesnt look like ill be able to come up with the money for (had a few things i had to replace that i wasnt planning on to get my car fixed )
