V6 is not the same but it will work if you must have one. V6 is actually the same as an LT1 rack. FYI LT1 couplers will not work with LS1 racks - be sure to snag one of those as well.
If you are really hard up I do have a V6 rack you could use in the meantime, with a coupler (and the rag joint is still good, btw) but it is in houston.
