finally got A/C again

Default finally got A/C again

thank god right before it started to get unbearable again, after not having A/C in my TA for the past 2 summers i couldnt take another one, got me a good compressor, new lines and dryer and just got back from getting the system charged and it blows as cold as ever

OMG you do not know how badly I want to be able to say the same thing man...

My SS has no AC right now and I already had my first official seat belt buckle burn of the season!!!!

Did you do it yourself or a shop?If you did it yourself,how did you go about vacuuming the system and flushing??Or if the shop did it,how much did they charge??Just trying to get some estimates...Thanks!

AC in Texas is not a luxury,its LIFE SUPPORT!

I'm waiting for the warm weather to sink in. I tried to use the AC the other day when i was out cruising and the 260 (2 windows 60mph) AC system wasn't getting the job done. AC didn't seem to working all that well. I'll have to do some investigating soon, because I'm going to need it. If it's not gonna work - might as well take it out - dead weight, y'know lol!

Im experiancing the same thing....cept my system is charged and ready to go but for some reason it likes o tear up A/C clutches...and the fact that my drivers side window motor went out last month doesn't help either.....ready to purchase a new or used car so the trusyl ol Z can get the full street beast treatment...
