Well I FINALLY got the swaybar in today, and just as expected its not what was described/advertised on his post. Or maybe it could just be me?? Well the original post advertisement was a " B]BRAND NEW[/B]" wolf sway bar. You guys be the judge :

So let me ask you. If you ordered that sway bar from a speed shop and it came to you like that and they told you "Hey, after it leaves our shop it's not our responsibility." how would you feel?

I love the amount of denial I see in people today. Nothing is ever one's own fault. Excuses, excuses, excuses.

 

I never made an excuse, I said I put it in the back of my truck and it got rained on. Never denied that or said it wasn't like that when I shipped it. If I ordered it from a shop and it arrived like that I would ofcourse return it under their warranty or for not matching their advertised picture or terms of sale. However I am an individual with no warranty or terms of sale, the part is brand new, never used, and all of the parts were shipped to him. The tabs he has are actually a little different and better than what wolfe offers I made them at work. I never said I am an angel.... I am saying that I shipped it and he has it and it will work just fine like it is.

 

FYI...

bitching about rust on a sway bar is gay! If you have a problem... go buy some spray paint.

Regaurdless whether anyone thinks this whole transaction sucked!!! Starting with the time it took to ship the bar to the condition it was finally recieved!!

I was lied to and strung along for 19 days, and I say 19 day because thats how long it took him to finally ship it. According to a PM he sent me it was orginally shipped out to me on the 22 May via fed ex ground. And this BS about sending me the wrong tracking # I find hard to believe seeing that the dam # 045199510052158 still isnt in the Fed Ex system....I wonder why?? Hell show me any variation of this tracking # and that it was delivered and ill lay off. Then in a AIM conversation I posted in the bad seller section you see that he admited to what i just said. And if you also look at the AIM you see that all i wanted was a straight answer as to what was happening and was in no big hurry to get it. All he had to do was be a man and tell me the truth, but no lie after lie. Then he makes it seem like he shipped the swaybar a long time ago and no control as to shipping time. When in fact the bar didnt go out until this past thursday 31st via DHL 21819466756 and arrived here today. Then to hear him say i was over reacting about the part came in. Come on where do you draw the line. Am i, you, or anyone suppose to just sit around and HOPE this guy does the right thing?? Not to mention if you look at all the threads this isnt a single incident. There are people on here who also have had bad transactions with him. OVERALL NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, and i wouldnt doubt he post negative feedback on my rating. Look at how many transactions I have and how I rate?? Thats how things should be done. Anyway im done with this guy and hope no one ever deals with him in the future.

 

the thing is, all he had to do. was tell dan, hey i left it in the back of the truck and it looks pretty rusty, but of course, just sand and paint int, in fact, knock off 15 bucks off the cost for the trouble. or, ill do it, and its still for the same price as discussed.

its all about honesty, he wasnt a local, so its skippers job to best describe it since figz is not there in person to look at it, then decide if th wants it or not....

but then i guess some people dont care, as long as its sold, they can care less what happens.
