Default anyone here work at t-mobile

was wanting some advice....i went over on my minutes last month and didnt notice until they automatically drafted my bill out of my account. Im set up for paperless billing and auto draft. I have been a t-mobile customer for about 1 yr 6 months and have never gone over my allotted minutes (1500 anytime) so its always been around the same bill each month. Well last month I went over by about 200-300 minutes and my bill was $200 higher than it usually is. I called customer service and they explained why and told me I didn't have free nights/weekends and they can change my plan but its only retroactive for the current billing cycle, not the one that has already been paid. Long story short, I'd like to change the plan and spend $10-$20 more per month than have to pay $200. The customer service rep told me it can't be done(since its already a new billing cycle and the old one has been paid), but I've found that anything can be done if you talk to the right people.
