drove her home today! she rides great! the only thing trippin me out is that after driving for a while the traction control light and abs inop lights came on. after i let the rear end cool i drove and this time the check gauges light came on. after some gas no light came on. so im thinking that i should remove the battery for a while to let the computer reset. what do you guys think?

Hey man get some paint/rust inhibitor on that thing ASAP. It's gonna get surface rust on it and just look like poop.
I believe there is even some you can brush on so no worry about overspray.

Just jack it up and put the jackstands under the subrame connectors. This will let the rear hang so you'll be able to get the top side a little easier too.
I'd think about an hour or two from start to finish, but it'll keep it looking good for years.
As far as what product I've never had my 8.8 out so I've never messed with it, but plenty of guys on here have done it and may have good recommendations on what to use on it. POR 15 is a great product from what I hear, though.
