If you dont have the plugs for it you need to get them. Otherwise your gonna have what will pretty much be a big exhaust and intake leak. Its a $12 kit. And youre going to need to program it out ASAP.
Well the LS6 intake doesn't have provisions for the EGR and the headers don't either, I was just wondering if it would be able to drive about 10 miles without the plug in the exhaust manifolds.
And I'll be heading to HPE next week to get a retune.

oh and if your gonna do the intake first than come to my shop for the headers than just un-bolt the one bolt for the egr on the intake and leave to part that bolts to the manifold bolted up and drive it to my shop...
