Chevy Muscle Vid Hey guys I threw together a little vid of some photos that I took with my car and my dads 72 SS. The car is very strong. Its actually an original ss454 not a fake or replica. As far as I know these mods are what he has and the motor was built on the bottom end. The reason I don't know so much about it because he had the work done when I was 12 and didn't know much about cars. He loves cars to but is the kinda guy that doesn't know technical things and I'm sure he just said build it strong...lol. This is the obvious that I know he has.
Aggressive Cam
Stock Heads
Stock Exhaust
Holley Double Pumper 4 Barrel Carb
High Flow Edelbrock Intake
High Performance Distributor
Plugs and Wires
Roller Rockers
And a few other things have been done.
The car is equipped with an M22 Rockcrusher 4spd manual tranny which is pretty sweet to.
Im trying to convince him to let me install long tubes and have a custom dual setup done and also to get a more aggressive set of heads. With displacement like that he could easily pick up 50rwhp at the wheels in my opinion. It makes great power and hangs dead even with my car and weighs atleast 1000lbs more. I would say that puts it in the neighborhood of atleast 400rwhp if not more. The interior has been partially restored and the paint we believe is all original and is a good 10 footer. You can see chips and what not as you get closer but it still looks pretty good. He told me he would sell it for the right price but I'm trying to get him to hold on to it until I can buy it
