Yes.. another one So apparently..unlike the LS1, (i got a V6), i have to lift the car to change the spark plugs and wires because this **** is in the way
Upon looking closer, the plug looks like ****, so im thinking they havent been changed in years.. they might be stock
Heres a pic of 3 of the wires
Im thinking they're stock..the car has 107k.. i cant believe the previous owner didnt even get them changed

Back to what i was going to ask, what plugs and wires are best for a v6? Im thinking the TGK 55 or w/e you call them would be best, since they seem to work for the LS1, however i may be wrong

ngk tr55s would be perfect. far as wires go i would just buy some factory gm replacements. is that a egr block off plate i see on the intake? your car reminds me of a 95 camaro i bought a long time ago. it had 105k on the clock. changed plugs and wires. had a few plugs that were damn near welded into the head. 
if your 6 has the log style exh mani's then yes. major PITA to do a plug change.
in 2000 they upgraded to a tubular mani. plug changes are alot easier (direct bolt on)
headers make it even easier.
that plate shown in the pic is for the PCV system, the pcv valve is under it.
