Upon looking closer, the plug looks like ****, so im thinking they havent been changed in years.. they might be stock

Im thinking they're stock..the car has 107k.. i cant believe the previous owner didnt even get them changed

Back to what i was going to ask, what plugs and wires are best for a v6? Im thinking the TGK 55 or w/e you call them would be best, since they seem to work for the LS1, however i may be wrong
in 2000 they upgraded to a tubular mani. plug changes are alot easier (direct bolt on)
headers make it even easier.
that plate shown in the pic is for the PCV system, the pcv valve is under it.
