Ticketed for Tire Noise?

Last fall. I left a friends house and I had been drinking(not smart I know).
but I pulled on to the accesss road and got on it(not smart again, I know)
Sure enough a cop was behind me. He asked me why I accelerated like i did. I said, "I was trying to get ahead". He said "of what?". I had no idea what to say. And I said, "I was trying to get ahead of myself". WTF? LOL. he just told me to slow down and let me go.
Needless to say. I know drinking/driving is dumb. I dont do it. That time. I just happend to have been dumb enough to do it, but lucky enough to get let go. Luckily, I got home safely with hurting myself or someone else.
back in the People's Republik of Massachusetts, i once got a written warning for spinning my tires on a patch of ice. he wrote it up as 'harsh objectionable noise'. i asked the cop 'officer, i didnt know that losing traction in poor weather was a criminal offense?'. he said 'do you want me to turn this warning into a complaint??!?!?'.... no sir...

You know I really wish I knew, All of my cop friends think its funny. Everything is Ticketable he said, so Im hopeing that when I fight it the jury look at it as a bad reason to ticket someone and use their common since, or he just doesn't show up.
The bad part is I didn't even get to romp on it, i just spun on the water and it cherpd. O well we will see what the court says.
Side note: Be carefull if any of you guys go to Duke's In Bedford, cops are horrible out there and as this ticket shows will pull you over and ticket you for anything.
